Product Description

Significant precious metal content, extraordinary detail, historical accuracy, and tiny mintage limit of just 1,000 make for tremendous investment potential! Get an exquisite depiction of Native American life on this half ounce pure gold proof!

Investment Opportunity! The story of Canada spans millennia, and this coin takes you back in time to First Peoples that have made Canada the amazing place it is today. The Algonquian tribes were one of countless communities that existed in North America long before the Europeans arrived. These indigenous people lived in harmony with nature, moving in rhythm with the seasons to access new food sources and to find refuge from the treacherous weather that would settle over the Great Lakes in winter.

The purity of 99.99%, the half troy ounce weight, the high $200 face value, and the extremely low mintage limit of just 1,000 make this spectacularly detailed and engraved gold proof a must-have work of art! Get this investment grade beauty while it's still available!

Meticulously Detailed Design
Canadian artist Alan Daniel has created a stunning visual narrative of a Native American Algonquian hunter returning to his winter camp with a rabbit and an otter. His community greets him with enthusiasm as these animals will provide precious food and materials to make clothing and tools, some of which they will be able to trade with other indigenous peoples the following spring. If game became scarce, the community could easily re-locate to new hunting grounds by dismantling their wigwams and rolling the birch bark covering for easy transport. Also incorporated into this design are two depictions of daily Algonquian life - two men ice fishing, and a woman preparing an animal hide. As an artistic piece and an everlasting snapshot of a historic moment in North American history, the coin truly shines!

Continuing This Year - Mintage Limit Slashed In Half! This is the lowest mintage limit ever for this series - only 1,000! (That's down from 3,000 in 2012 and 2,000 in 2015!) We recommend this as a buy-and-hold investment and predict a fast sell-out!

Investment Note
Because of the extremely low mintage, combined with its extremely popular Native American theme and its relative affordability, we heartily recommend that any savvy collector or investor add this to his or her numismatic portfolio today!
